Nevertheless, we assure that for these individuals, the level of personal data protection and security will be no lower than that required by the legislation of those countries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not act as providers of medical services, licensed doctors, or medical consultants. Rapport is an independent provider of digital services that offers technical capabilities to optimize communication between mental well-being specialists and users. We do not have the right to provide medical consultations, make diagnoses, or make any decisions in the field of healthcare. Nothing in this Policy or on the Platform should be construed as establishing a relationship for the provision of medical services by us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>DEFINITIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u201cPersonal Data\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person who interacts with us (<\/span><b>\u201cdata subjects\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>\u201cyou\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">); and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">any other visitors to the Platform.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u201cProcessing\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> encompasses any operation performed on Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination , restriction, erasure or destruction.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u201cData Controller\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> refers to the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body, which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; The specialist, in this context, is the Data Controller.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below is a list of types of personal data that we may collect and use about you:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contact details:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> information we use to contact you including physical address, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, user IDs in messengers and telecommunication applications;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Identification and demographic details<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: information we use to identify you including full name, age, gender, date of birth, country of temporary and\/or permanent residence, etc;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Financial details:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> information about an individual&#039;s financial account including bank account details, payment card details;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Professional details:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> information related to professional background, such as education details, certifications, licenses, professional experience and skills, qualifications, etc.;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Other information<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: such as interests and preferences, as well as any other personal data provided by data subjects at their own initiative.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that the specific range of personal data we collect varies on a case-by-case basis, and, among other things, depends on how you interact with us through the Platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moreover, we can collect some amount of information about you (such as your language preferences, operating system, device settings, etc.) using the cookies and other similar technologies on the Platform (please see detail in Section \u201c<\/span><b>Use of Cookies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&quot;).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>HOW WE COLLECT THE PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We receive personal data directly from you when you interact with us, especially when:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you set up an account on the Platform;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you use the Platform as a Specialist or User and provide your personal data in this respect (eg your contact details);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you visit the Platform, participate in its interactive features (including and without limitation by using the cookies and other similar technologies as further explained in our section &quot;<\/span><b>Use of Cookies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you contact us directly by any means (eg, via e-mail, by post, etc.);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you provide a testimonial for the Platform;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you request us to provide any other information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, you are not obliged to provide your personal data to us. However, most probably we will not manage to fulfill your requests or provide you with the access to the Platform unless you do so.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that we may combine personal data about you collected from different sources.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>SPECIAL RULES WHEN PERSONAL DATA IS NOT COLLECTED DIRECTLY BY REPORT<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may get your personal data indirectly (for example, when a Specialist adds information about you as a User while completing their account on the platform). In such cases, Specialists are required to independently obtain Users&#039; consent to transfer their personal data to the Platform. We process such data, presuming that Specialists have obtained the necessary consent from Users. The Specialist who provided us with the User&#039;s data is responsible for obtaining the User&#039;s consent for transferring their data to the Platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>NOTE:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you are a Specialist, please make sure to get the User&#039;s consent before sharing his\/her\/their personal data with us. The User&#039;s consent should be explicit, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous and cover transferring of the User&#039;s personal data to us and the processing of the User&#039;s personal data by us according to this Policy. In case of any requests regarding the compliance of processing the Users&#039; personal data, you should be able to demonstrate appropriate evidence of the Users&#039; consent upon request.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rapport may use your personal data to operate, provide, develop, and improve the Platform.
